VirtualTester 6.0 Released

Tangix has now released VirtualTester 6.0 together with Tangix TesterPRO Client 6.0. This new version is a major milestone and brings the following new features:

Updated user interface
The user interface to the VirtualTester has been updated and now allows reviewing of old exams with a breakdown of the topics (if available in the exam). The topic breakdown will allow you to review areas that you need to study to improve the results.

New Team features
As manager of a team of certified people you will now have tools to monitor your team’s certifications efforts. Certificates can now be shared with another user and those certificates will be presented on a separate tab in the new user interface providing an overview of your team and the certificates.

Tracking Vouchers
Another team manager function that will allow managers to get access to the exams that have been run by you team. From the user interface it is possible to generate Tracking Vouchers and give them to team members. Results are presented to the team manager with topic breakdown to be able to identify areas that needs improvement and focus training efforts on these areas.

Surveys with weighted answers
Functions for surveys have been included together with a survey portal. It is possible to give rewards for answers to surveys based on product serials. Questions may have weighted answers to provide statistics that correctly represent the answers.

Certified Directory Groups
The directory of certified users is now better organized and allows easier access to multiple versions of the same certification, as discussed here.

Unicode support for certificates
Certificates may now include unicode characters in the PDF.

Integration with Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro
VirtualTester is now able to create user accounts in the Adobe eLearning system based on information from VirtualTester.
