Tangix HelpDeskPRO 1.4.80 Released

After months of development and testing Tangix is happy to announce that Tangix HelpDeskPRO 1.4.80 is released. This version includes functions to track costs of licenses, an optimized interface using state-of-the-art tools and support for mobile devices running Android or iOS.

These are some of the new features:

• Product Registrations can now have a purchase price configured. The purchase price can be configured in the same way as the product price; price/each, list-price or total
• Support for currency conversion using the Cross-Currency matrix
• Improved many of the reports to include additional information and functions; product details are added to the renewal report, possible to edit product registration directly from the License Report per Company report
• Replaced old JavaScript library for the UI with a new, more optimized library. This improves the load-time of many pages
• Support for mobile devices such as iOS and Android devices

Some improvements and bug-fixes:

• Some tables displayed wrong headers
• Some date-pickers did not correctly respond to empty dates
• While loading information, PHP could sometimes interlock requests to the server causing delays when loading
