Tangix HelpDeskPRO 1.4 Released

Version 1.4 of Tangix HelpDeskPRO has been released after months of development and testing. Many new features have been added as described in the PDF What’s new in Tangix HelpDeskPRO 1.4.

Some of the highlights of this release are:

  • Staff comments - it is now possible for one staff member to give comments to a request and indicate this to other staff members
  • Account Manager - each company can now be assigned an Account Manager that will have functions to see the performance of “their” companies and see statistics of requests from these companies on a quick overview
  • Complexity tracking - each request may be optionally assigned a complexity between 1 and 5 to generate statistics on the technical “health” of companies in the system. Lots of easy requests could for example indicate the need of training to make the customer’s users more efficient in their daily work...
  • Editable Email Templates - All emails generated by the system is now easily editable from the administrative interface for easy customization of the system
