Tangix HelpDeskPRO 1.4.41 Released

Tangix has released version 1.4.41 of Tangix HelpDeskPRO which is a roll-up of version 1.4.40 introducing several new features and many bug fixes.

New functions:

• Version 1.4.40 or later REQUIRES PHP 5.2 or later
• Reports are generated using a modern Excel export function. Reports are now Excel 2007 compatible and fully supports UTF-8 characters
• Graphing libraries are updated to latest release from developers

Fixes and changes:

• Timezone settings did not work from the My Preferences page in Admin parts of the system
• Updated the system_check.php tests to reflect the changed system requirements
• Fixed a couple of HTML-compatibilities with MSIE and some typos
