Tangix HelpDeskPRO 1.4.27 Released to hosted customers

There has been a slew of releases of Tangix HelpDeskPRO lately that have been released only to hosted customers. Latest release is version 1.4.27 fixing some formatting issues in the Excel export files generated. A couple of other issues have also been fixed:

We have decided to keep the latest versions only to hosted customers as we have done a great deal of changes to some core functions and the reporting engine. As we added multiple currencies some major database changes were needed and we have spent the last week ironing these issues out.

We are pushing Tangix HelpDeskPRO forward and the changes will not be as drastic in the future versions as we have seen lately. We are currently working on the following big features:

Pending Third Party - A new state that will allow you to keep track of requests sent to a third party
Handling of files unique to companies - Managing files attached to companies will be possible, allowing for example license-files to be available to users from that company
