HelpDeskPRO Hosting Servers Upgraded

The servers for the hosted customers have been upgraded and changed to a new hosting provider for increased security and availability. New hosting provider is RackSpace UK.

Monitoring of servers and logging of uptime and notification in case of problems is now done using Wormly’s services.
