Tangix HelpDeskPRO 1.4.28 finally released!

After a couple of releases that were only released to hosted customers, we have finally released version 1.4.28 of Tangix HelpDeskPRO! This way to this release has been long and we have added a couple of nice new features along the road.

The reason we decided to only release the intermediate versions to our hosted customers was to make sure that we got all database upgrades correct. Version 1.4.23 added new currencies and also the new concept of list-price that really took some time to get right. Version 1.4.24 was a pure maintenance release mainly fixing things that broke here and there with 1.4.23 and multiple currencies. The way to register products and add product registrations has to change to accommodate the new currencies. 1.4.25 added formatting functions for the currencies. 1.4.26 added new information the UAP mail-merge report to make it possible to produce invoices with all information needed directly from the system. 1.4.28 finally added the long awaited WAITING THIRD PART status that makes it possible to flag requests that they are waiting for a third part and cannot be closed (as they are not resolved).

Overall we are very happy with version 1.4.28 and we hope that you will enjoy the new functions as well!
